Super Fast Grower, Commercial strain

Characteristics: Fruitbodies in morphology are very similar to the commonly cultivated oyster mushrooms: hemispheric white-greyish-brown caps with an eccentrically positioned stem of fibrous-woody consistency. Gills are white and decurrent on the stem.

This is a very popular commercial strain. A top choice for beginners with large fruitbodies, with later flushes yielding progressively larger fruitbodies

Temperature Range : 10-18 °C fruiting temperature.

Recommended Substrate: Straw / Hardwood sawdust/ chips supplemented with bran.
