Characteristics: Fruitbodies are typical oyster mushroom-like except for the lemon-yellow cap color and fragile fruitbodies. Popular with home cultivators as it is very easy to fruit on almost all cellulose substrates, but for commercial use, the fruitbodies are a bit delicate. The fruitbodies need to be carefully handled as they break easily reducing their appeal in the marketplace.

Temperature Range : High: 21-29 (32) °C fruiting temperature.

Recommended Substrate : Straw, Hardwood sawdust, corn cobs, paper, leaves or agricultural wastes cotton wastes, husks and stalks of sunflower, coffee wastes etc
