Shipping

Our shipping rates are as follows: Australia Post real-time rates.

All orders are shipped usually within 1-2 working days. Once picked, packed and dispatched customers will be emailed an automated notification with tracking number. Sometimes this defaults to junk, please keep an eye on this. If you cannot see your notification within 3 days from purchasing please contact us via email with your Order ID and name of the person the order is placed under.

If you have not received an order within 10 working days, please notify us via email.

PLEASE NOTE WEIGHT BASED SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE NT and some other remote parts of Australia and no PO BOXES AS IT IS A COURIER

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns are accepted if the buyer sends the goods back in original condition within 2 weeks of receiving their item.

Refunds will be less any postage costs, and 10-20% restocking fee.

Cancellation of completed orders have a 10-15% fee to cover PayPal and bank fees as they do not refund us for payment fees.

Please only place orders if you want them.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Unfortunately, this happens very rarely sometimes. Please accept your parcel and take photos of all damaged items and email us. In most cases, we will refund damaged goods or we can reship extra with your next order – (Please note this is for glass jars only).

Goods refused and returned to us unopened are classed as returns and are subject to our refunds and returns policy above.

Shipping Insurance

When ordering large items such as Flow Hoods or HEPA Filters etc. please request shipping insurance. Although we go to great lengths to protect them during shipping, sometimes they are damaged in Transit.
