send us an email with a photo asap, 1 jar can sound like everything is broken but don’t panic!
we usually refund any damaged jars and some extra for the trouble
if its more than eg 4-5 jars we may send another 6 pack instead at our descression
Please note refused parcels are treated as returns and you will need to pay for shipping if it needs to be sent a 2nd time due to refusal
