My tracking number isn’t working?


Once you receive an automated email with tracking information you will see a tracking number.

If your order has been sent via Australia Post or Sendle click on the tracking number which will take you to their website and you can follow your orders progress.

If your order has been sent via a courier service, (Eg: E-Go or TNT), clicking the tracking number will not work. Please copy the tracking number only then look up the relevant courier services website, go to their tracking section and paste it into their website.

the day you received your tracking is the day it’s being picked up from us, sometimes Aus post etc do not scan when they pick up,  so it may take a few days for something to show up,  it is on the way tho :)
