What jars can I use in my pressure canner?

You must use jars that have been designed, tested, and approved for pressure canning. Aussie Mason jars have had this approval.

Their two-piece lids have also been designed for pressure canning.

A Pressure Canner can bring the jar to temperatures such as 115-121℃.

This temperature can be reached only by creating steam under pressure. This temperature can assure 100% of bacteria is killed.
