Agar culture plate – “Australian Reishi” – Ganoderma steyaertanum

This strain is a clone of a wild Ganoderma, endemic to Northern Australia.

Grows great on many substrates. Sterilized sawdust and wheat bran work the best.

Characteristics: Deep yellow and red banded antlers and pileus, white pores. Fruiting bodies are unpalatable.

Best Temperature Range: Medium 15-23°C fruiting temperature
