Ball® Brand RealFruit™ Low or No-Sugar Needed Flex Batch Pectin is great for lower-calorie jam. It has been reformulated for improved flavor and performance. Be assured of a good set each time, as this formula provides more flexibility for sugar while maintaining a good gel.

Small batch size: Makes about 2 x 8-oz.(240ml) half-pint jars 2 cups fruit = fresh-made jam.
The bulk bottle is for multiple uses. It replaces 3-4 boxes of pectin – a great value!

Scalable recipe – make from 1-10 jars of jam per batch, up to 22 half-pint jars per package 3 Tablespoons = 1 box of other pectin brands.
