Paddy straw mushroom is a native species to East Asia, and it is very popular in Asian cuisine. Tropical species requires high temperature and humidity to fruit. A great-tasting and prized edible.

Temperature Range: High (25+°C) fruiting temperature.

Recommended Substrate: Straw and other cellulose and nitrogen-rich substrate eg. spent cotton waste, sugar cane waste and hemp fiber.
