Storage Tip: The Grey Oyster is exceptionally hardy and cold-tolerant during its culture stage. If you aren’t ready to inoculate right away, simply store the syringe in your refrigerator between 2°C–4°C. It will remain viable and ready to grow for up to 6 months!
