Grower’s Note: Like most oyster mushrooms, White Oysters are massive oxygen breathers. To get those beautiful, broad, fan-like caps instead of long, leggy stems, make sure your fruiting area has plenty of Fresh Air Exchange (FAE)!

Storage Tip: The White Oyster is exceptionally hardy and cold-tolerant during its culture stage. If you aren’t ready to inoculate right away, simply store the syringe in your refrigerator between 2°C–4°C. It will remain viable and ready to grow for up to 6 months!
